Hello Branka,
Thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how much we enjoyed
our trip to Kiev and Lviv (we returned at the week end). Both
cities were fantastic; the Opera Hotels in each city were super
- the service, food and facilities really were second to none.
We did not experience any problem at all with any of the travel
arrangements and the transfers arrived on time. Lviv in
particular was wonderful and fully met our hopes and
expectations. Having only had one full day in Kiev we only had a
"taster". As soon as we sort our holiday time from work I will
be back in touch to arrange a longer city break in Kiev for
Spring 2012. Once again, thanks very much for all the arranging
and advice. I will be in touch in due course.

Dear Ms Vojinovic,
I want to thank you for the arrangements you made so that my
trip to Kiev was a complete success:
•the plane was on time, as well when I went to Kiev and as well
when I returned
•the driver was on time, as well to bring me to the hotel and as
well to bring me back to the airport
•the hotel (Rus hotel) is a good place to stay in Kiev, not far
from the city center
•the trips to the Chernobyl museum and the missile base were
very good organised
•Kiev is an interesting city to discover (I made two walking
tours with the free guides and those tours were very interesting
as this guides, which are students, do their utmost to tell
interesting things about Kiev and its history)
In case visits to Chernobyl would again be possible in the
future, could you please inform me about this. As I am very
pleased with your services, maybe I then decide to go to Kiev
again and visit the Chernobyl site.

Dear Gordon,
We have just returned from having celebrated our wedding
anniversary. A combination of the luxurious Premier Palace
Hotel, Verdi's 'La Traviata' and fine autumnal weather made the
weekend just magical! And what a delightful city Kiev is!

Dear Ms Vojinovic,
I am just writing to compliment you on a brilliant tour from
start to finish. Everything went like clockwork - from the
transfer from the airport and back, the Hotel Express which was
very good and the 3 hour tour which was absolutely perfect. Our
guide, Aliona, was absolutely marvellous and so informative. She
arrived on time and gave us such a friendly and perfect tour.

I just thought that I would let you know that Kiev and Ukraine
have again exceeded all expectations in every respect. I think
that all French hotel operators should visit to see what service
and hospitably is all about. The hotel staff and the city
welcomed one as friend in peace and security with passion. I was
equally proud to support the National Day celebrations.
Nothing in my experience has ever come this close to perfection
and I have stayed in some prestige hotels before. I hope that
you will pass on my complements to the airline which is the best
ever in all respects and to the hotel.
They have a wonderful hotel and an equally wonderful staff. My
thanks to all and you Helen with Panorama tours for making it
all possible. I will be an advocate for the Ukraine tourist
board from this point forward.

hi Adrian
sorry we didnt manage to hook up in Kiev. We had the best time
and really loved Kiev. Even the monsoon before the McCartney
concert didnt put a dampener on things (too much!).
The Radisson was absolutely superb and the breakfast as you
probably know is to die for.
I hope there is another big name concert next year as it would
give me an excuse to return. I would love to incorporate it with
Lviv or Yalta next year. Ukraine really was much better than I
expected and I hope I can call on your services again soon.
Thanks for organising the trip, the transfers and our city tour
was perfect and went very smoothly. And to have a Kylie Minogue
look alike as our tour guide really made it!

Once again, everything has worked out splendidly. Never ceases
to impress me, really! You are right. The Opera is probably the
best of all worlds in Kiev.
My room even had sunshine and was hugely agreeable with a bath
of a size unheard of, leave alone seen! The rooms and bath and
staff and care: Just spotless!
Well done, my man. I must admit that I can trust you
blindfolded.

Dear Mr. Adrian,
We just wanted to tell you that we've come back from Kiev with a
very positive impression about Panorama Tours. Every part of the
visit was organised the way we wanted and all services were
extremely punctual and friendly.
If Kiev looks forward to more tourism, the only shortcoming that
we experienced is the fact that all indications (streetnames
etc) are in the Russian language, which makes it very exciting
to read a map and try to locate a recommended restaurant ....
But, we managed to find it.
Also sorry to notice that even in Ukraine there are no winters
anymore. Temperatures varied between +7 and +14°C. But here
again, I cannot speak about a shortcoming caused by the agency.

Back from weekend trip to Kiev I would like to thank you for
perfect organisation. All was very good: driver was on time,
good car, very friendly, the tickets for opera were ready in
hotel, rooms, service and food in Radisson was very good. Only
the weather was not so good - maybe I will book it additionaly
in my next trip...

Many thanks for all the arrangements you made. The transfers,
Hotel Radisson, restaurants and the flights on UIA - all were
just perfect. It's been 12 years since our last visit and so
many changes - Kyiv was and still is a delightful city to visit.
